Family Dinner At Thai Chang Cheng 

My parents introduced us to a new place which is nearby our residence area which is corner with next to my previous visit in K.K Dim Sum ( you can found it in my old food blog aglanceforfoodies) , it open daily expect close on Wednesday due to farlim night market. 

Thai Chang Cheng is non- halal Chinese home cook restaurant , where you can eat a home cook food taste . My parents is the one who order the foods  below .

They even selling their handmade organic soy milk. You can even taste the original soy milk taste without sugary. I m totally love this soy milk. 

The main food for our family dinner in Thai Chang Cheng ; Tom Yam Seafood. The tom yam seafood soup is not so oily and quite spicy too maybe for me . But i totally like the tom yam. Yum Yum.!

Bitter gourd is one of our favorite choice when comes to vegetable decision time, my dad ordered fried bitter gourd with omelette . Without shrimp , the bitter gourd taste good together with the fried egg after beaten together with eggs. 

Out of mistake , they made fried pork with ginger which its different like what my mum order with the auntie. But turn out , its taste good. 

Their  deep fried chicken salad , simply delicious for me because i totally like to eat food with mayonnaise . It comes along with slice of apple too. Combine the deep fried chicken with mayonnaise with the slice of apple.

The best delicious water spinach with belacan sauce i ever tasted . Simply spicy with their belacan sauce. Highly recommended .

* They will not make the dish in bigger portion , the portion is according to the total of peoples *

Hokkaido Ice Cream Date With Sisterhood.

After having our brunch at Sushi Zanmai, we are having their hokkaido ice cream which my god sister treated me and asked me go have hokkaido ice cream with her.

As for me , i was having their lavender taste ice cream and for her , she was having bur berry cheese ice cream. According to her, when she tasted my lavender ice cream she said that i ate flower. Cause it really taste like lavender. As for her one, i tasted it but it too cheesy.

Sushi Zanmai is being my favorite sushi dine in place aside different japanese restaurant shop for a years ago in Kay Elle  . Recently Sushi Zanmai open in Penang , the first of the branch which located in Penang Island , Gurney Paragon Mall ( located at the six floor , which you can take lift and even escalator ) . 

As you can see from the picture , there is long queue up while waiting for the seat . * Hint : Must be patience is the virtues for food awaiting *

What i  mostly having in Sushi Zanmai even in Kay Elle :

Rokko , sashimi set which comes with one pieces , two pieces, three pieces . The Sashimi slice is thicker than what usually eat in Edo Ichi. Fresh and highly recommended for people who love to eat fresh sashimi .

Hotate Teriyaki , pieces of hotate which come along with the teriyaki sauces which you can only choose for side dish .

If you are soup lover , you should try their beef sukiyaki which they come in the pot with small cooking gas , tenderloin beef and eggs. Pour the egg into the soup while its boiling , the tenderloin beef is simply juicy and delicious. They still got three kinds different sukiyaki which i never tried. The soup taste sweet along with the vegetables and when pouring the eggs and the tenderloin beef the taste become more sweeter. 

Tamago Mentai, the japanese rolled omelette which come with rice topped with mayonnaise which must having them into. 

Inari Kanimoyo , which is our first time having it. Cheesy . Maybe it did not satisfy our mouth bud. 

Salmon Peach, which is my sister recommended it to me . Its my first time of trying it , at first i taste salmon with peach feel a bit weird . Maybe it did not satisfy my mouth bud.

Salmon Zanmai, must highly recommended to have them . I totally love it. Fresh salmons.

Mon Délice Patisserie (^.^)

To be honest to my all readers food blogger , i am the type of seldom having the intention of trying cakes . But this time is my first time of having the cake by the first look at my friend instagram picture . My first thoughts of this cake is so classy and its look delicious. So my sister and i was trying the cakes for my oppa 24 birthday .

Mon  Délice Patisserie , my first choice and final choice for choosing his birthday cake. Kindly reminder that they did not serve any beverage , they only serve cakes and tarts .

My sister try their Chocolate Moist Cake , which she will be the only one commented about the cake * i am allergy to pure chocolate * , she commented it that she need a lot of waters to consume it. The chocolate moist is delicious .

As for me , i try their infamous Mango Charlotte which she commented that it tasted like mango cake , the slice of mango is fresh i can taste it, i simply like their Mango Charlotte. But i did not choose Mango Charlotte or Chocolate Moist for his birthday.

Well , this is recommended by her and this is new in their menu , Cafe Caramel which they are tasted like coffee  with rums and raisin come with caramel and vanila mousse and some alcohol . So we choose this for his birthday * oppa is caffeine lover for americano *

This is his birthday cake . Remember to visit this simply loving bakery cafe. But kind reminder they are having small space for sit . They operated from Tuesday (* closing time :7.30 pm ) till Sunday (*closing time : 6.30 pm). You can located the shop which  is opposite the steamboat place which is  at nagore road.

One of the hit spot cafes in Penang Island , i been here for several times but mostly just chilling with friend with beverages only. This time , one of my sister and i are having our chilling time out in PIK NIK cafe . 

Choices For The Day :

Iced Chocolate , which is my god sister is having 

Hot Honey Milk which is my choice of the day

Waffle Salmon  , my choice of their handmade waffle comes along with scrambled eggs, mayo on the top with salmon . Yummy! 

Waffle Sausages and Egg , their handmade waffle comes along with fried egg , and on the top of the pair of sausages  with sauce. 

Come and visit PIK NIK cafe which is located at Lot 15- 17, Nagore Road . 

Open daily expect on tuesday : from 3 pm in the evening till 12 midnight.

Craving for sweet dessert , and its our first time being here seems it just open not long ago . Thanks to Him for bringing me to have our desserts in Sweet Hut . Located next to Tandoori , Precinct 10.

The waitress is friendly and polite for asking us what to order  :

Dessert For The Day :

Caramel Pudding with slice of strawberry  , is among the list of top 11 in the menu. Pudding texture is smooth and soft and it taste sweet * caramel *

For Him, Almond Pudding with mixed fruits . Taste real almond. Yum!

This is Mini Spanish Egg Tarts which is among the top 11 of the menu. To taste this delicious egg tarts , we waited for 20 minutes . The texture of the egg tarts is smooth and yummy. Delicious!

To celebrate my parents anniversary , plus this is their first time of trying in Ingolf Kneipe normally they went to Euro Deli which located at Gurney Plaza. 

Gourmet For The Day : 

Braised Oxtail Soup , taste good. Recommended to try beside trying their wild mushroom soup. Yum!

Butcher Platters : * highly recommended in Ingolf Kneipe*
